But you know I just have to laugh it off.

People don’t know but I keep most of my ambitions to myself;
because if you ever found out what my heart was screaming you might just up and dip
All too often people are ready to bounce; like a bounce house but this stuff isn't fun
when life gets hard our worlds become a little more breakable.
Like a single panel window and brick with a note that says I hope you choke
And those people that are meant to be you support beam turn into a wrecking ball
Ready to destroy any comfort you had, but you know I just have to laugh it off

Because after all this time I still want to call you mine
SO what gave you the right to run away?
We made vows and I don’t know about you but for me that was real
we had dreams that inspired an empire even it was just in our imagination
Because our story was better than any other fairytale,
and when a mole hill came you made it into a mountain
you caused this avalanche
and after all the destruction you danced on my grave
But you know I just have to laugh it off.

My passion is not something for you to wear as fashion

Sometimes I wonder what you are doing; better yet I should say who you are doing
because you were only ever as faithful as a text or a phone call
don’t think I forgot you hiding numbers under other people’s names
don’t get me wrong I am fine if your gay
but when your brother  is saying baby I miss you
well that a whole new ball game; one strike, two strike, I’m a fool strike

see what I don’t get is why now you want to say you love me
your actions are just a reaction of the split effect; because let’s just face it we were an atomic bomb
now that I have moved on you want the life I am living with someone else to be our life?
Who are you trying to sell this lie to, yourself?
See I look at it like you never wanted me
You wanted what other people saw
A new begin with a girl that the other boyz couldn’t touch
See the problem is all I wanted was to love you
But for you it wants the right time
See in my fantasy it was just me and you
Not Jackie, Mary, Kim; Just us two
then you went and slept with my sister
How did that work for you

You can have your ring back
My passion is not something for you to wear as fashion
